For owner Peter Nikolakopoulos, food has always been about more than what’s on the plate. He learned about cooking and the restaurant business from his Mom & Dad, building on family traditions and more than two decades in the North Shore food scene.
Since opening Pomodori Newburyport in 2019, the idea has remained pretty simple: serve great food, take care of people, and be part of the community you call home.
